Cave-Style Walk-In Shower with Schluter Waterproofing
Transformed an existing tub-and-shower bathroom in Greer, SC into a spa-style enclosed cave walk-in shower with large-format porcelain tile, quartz details from JL Solid Stone, a complete Schluter waterproofing system, and Delta brushed-nickel fixtures. The cave-style design uses a high enclosure wall with an open doorway instead of a swinging glass door — private, dramatic, and zero glass to keep clean.

Custom Bathroom Layout Reconfiguration with Freestanding Tub
Reworked the floor plan of a Greenville master bathroom — removing a non-load-bearing wall and unused closet space, relocating the toilet and shower, expanding the walk-in shower with full Schluter waterproofing, installing a freestanding soaking tub, and prepping for a future frameless glass enclosure. Tile, electrical, drywall, lighting, and paint all updated.

Master Bathroom Renovation with 96-Inch Custom Vanity
Modernized a Simpsonville master bathroom with ~140 sq ft of new porcelain tile flooring, a custom 96-inch vanity stack with center tower and two sink bases, quartz countertops with undermount sinks, an updated tub surround tied to the shower tile, and full electrical and ventilation upgrades.

Guest Bathroom Renovation with Double-Sink Vanity

Hall and Half Bathroom Remodel with Hexagon Tile Floors
Refreshed both the hall bathroom and the hall half bathroom in an Anderson, SC home — new quartz vanity tops, framed mirrors, hexagon tile flooring with white grout, popcorn ceiling removal, exhaust fan relocation from wall to ceiling, and a brand-new toilet, vanity, and light fixture in the half bath.

Tile Bath-to-Shower Conversion with Epoxy Grout
Converted an existing tub area in an Anderson, SC bathroom into a fully waterproof tile walk-in shower using a Wedi or Schluter waterproofing system, epoxy grout for low-maintenance durability, color-matched silicone at changes of plane, a new shower door, and corner shelves. Project also updated flooring, countertops, fixtures, lighting, mirrors, vanity finish, and paint.

Fireplace Tile Remodel — Red Mosaic Surround in Thornblade
Replaced an existing light herringbone-style fireplace surround and hearth in a Thornblade neighborhood home (Greer, SC) with a bold red mosaic tile finish. Small-scope project with big visual impact — a clear before-and-after that proves you don't need a full living-room renovation to dramatically change the feel of the space.

Lakefront Bathroom Vanity and Shower Refresh
A practical bathroom refresh in a lakefront Anderson, SC home — not a full gut remodel — that updated the vanity area with modern cabinet and countertop finishes, swapped in new sink/faucet hardware, refreshed mirrors and vanity lighting, and improved the tub/shower wall finish with black hardware accents for a clean, modern look that fits a lake-house aesthetic.

Five Forks Master Bathroom Remodel — Jacuzzi-to-Modern Transformation
A full master bathroom remodel in the Five Forks area of Simpsonville, SC — replacing a dated jacuzzi-tub layout, dark cherry double vanity, and steel blue walls with an updated master suite. Documented start-to-finish in a single before-and-after walkthrough video.

Standing-Seam Metal Roof on Rural Property
Replaced an aging architectural shingle roof on a Travelers Rest farmhouse with a 24-gauge standing-seam steel roof — engineered for 40+ year service life, mountain weather exposure, and a clean modern-farmhouse look that pairs with the property's board-and-batten siding.

Full Fiber-Cement Re-Side on 1990s Two-Story
Tore off failing original Masonite siding on a Greer two-story, repaired the hidden water damage underneath, and re-clad the entire house in painted fiber-cement lap siding with new wrap, flashing, and exterior trim package.

Mixed-Material Exterior Refresh — Hardie + Cedar Shake Accents
Replaced tired vinyl siding on a Simpsonville two-story with a mixed-material exterior — fiber-cement lap siding across the main body, cedar-look shake panels in the gables, and a refreshed front-porch column wrap that lifted the home's curb appeal without touching the floor plan.

Wide-Plank White Oak Engineered Hardwood — Main Level
Replaced 1,650 sq ft of mixed carpet, tile, and original 1990s oak strip flooring across the main level of a Mauldin home with 7-inch wide-plank white oak engineered hardwood — installed glue-down over a leveled slab and concrete-suitable subfloor.

Whole-Home Luxury Vinyl Plank — Pet & Lake-House Ready

Full-Home Vinyl Window Replacement with Patio Door Upgrade
Replaced 22 original aluminum single-pane windows and a worn sliding patio door on a Simpsonville two-story with Energy Star Low-E double-pane vinyl windows and a new fiberglass French patio door — finished in three days on-site with full insulation, flashing, and trim integration.

Custom Mahogany Front Entry with Sidelights
Replaced a worn fiberglass front entry on a Greenville Augusta Road home with a custom mahogany inswing door, matching mahogany sidelights, leaded-glass transom, and a refinished brick threshold — designed to anchor the front-elevation refresh.

Covered Pavilion with Outdoor Kitchen & Stone Fireplace
Built a roughly 18×24 covered pavilion off the back of a Simpsonville home with a full outdoor kitchen, stone wood-burning fireplace, and cedar-tongue-and-groove ceiling — designed to be the family's main entertaining space year-round, with HVAC mini-split provisions for future enclosure.

Screened Porch Conversion with Paver Patio Extension

Sympathetic whole-home renovation of a 1,650 sq ft 1940s North Main cottage in Greenville — preserved the period millwork, plaster walls, and original hardwoods while modernizing the kitchen, two baths, all mechanical systems, and adding code-compliant insulation. Worked alongside the homeowners' architect.
