Owner
Licensed General Contractor
Seth co-founded Four Seasons Building & Remodeling to raise the standard of residential contracting in the Upstate. As a licensed general contractor, he stays close to every major project, setting the expectations for quality and communication that the whole company is built around.
What they help homeowners with: Project vision, scope decisions, and making sure every homeowner gets a fair, fixed-price plan they can trust.

Chris co-owns Four Seasons Building & Remodeling and focuses on the craftsmanship and business systems that keep projects running on schedule and on budget. He's hands-on with planning and quality control from first call to final walkthrough.

General Manager

As General Manager and a licensed general contractor, Nick oversees operations across all Four Seasons projects. He's the connective tissue between the office, the field crews, and the homeowner, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Rich Lidberg
Director of Production

Rich leads production, managing the crews and schedules that bring each project to life. He's responsible for the day-to-day execution on the job site — quality, safety, cleanliness, and timeline.
What they help homeowners with: Construction scheduling, on-site quality, and keeping your home protected and tidy while work is underway.
