Insurance Restoration Contractor in Upstate SC

Fire, water, and storm damage repairs done right — built from your approved insurance scope, with the documentation adjusters expect and the communication homeowners deserve.

What We Restore

Damage We Repair

We handle insurance-covered damage from the structure down to the final finish, as one accountable contractor.

Fire & Smoke Damage Repairs

From structural rebuilds to smoke and soot remediation, we restore fire-damaged homes back to pre-loss condition — and better, where you choose to upgrade.

Water Damage Repairs

Burst pipes, appliance failures, and roof leaks cause damage that hides behind walls and under floors. We document the full extent and repair it properly, not just the surface.

Storm & Wind Damage

Wind, hail, and fallen-tree damage to roofs, siding, and windows is one of the most under-scoped insurance items in the Upstate. We walk every elevation so nothing gets missed.

Full Rebuilds & Reconstruction

When damage is extensive, we handle the complete reconstruction — framing, roofing, exterior, and a full interior finish — as a single, coordinated project.

How It Works

Working With Your Insurance Claim

An insurance repair is different from an out-of-pocket project. The approved scope sets the budget, and good documentation is what gets all the damage repaired.

Insurance Scope Review

We review your carrier's estimate line by line against the actual damage, so you understand what's covered and where the scope may fall short of a complete repair.

Working From Carrier Estimates

We build our work from the approved insurance scope using line-item, Xactimate-style estimates that adjusters recognize — keeping your project aligned with your claim.

Supplements & Change Orders

If we open a wall and find hidden damage — rotted framing, a damaged HVAC line, mold — we document it and submit a supplement to your carrier, not a surprise bill to you.

Homeowner Communication

You stay informed at every step with a single point of contact. You stay the customer and stay in control of your claim — we're your contractor, not your insurance representative.

An Important Note on Our Role

We do not represent the insurance company or act as a public adjuster. We help homeowners understand the construction scope and complete approved repairs. You stay in control of your claim and your money — we're your contractor, not your insurance representative — and we never use Assignment of Benefits (AOB) contracts.

Insurance Restoration FAQ

Do you work directly with my insurance company?

Yes. We provide line-item, Xactimate-style estimates, photo documentation, and supplements that adjusters expect, and we work from your approved scope. You remain the policyholder and the decision-maker throughout — we coordinate with your carrier on the construction scope, but we do not control your claim.

Are you a public adjuster?

No. We do not represent the insurance company or act as a public adjuster. We help homeowners understand the construction scope and complete approved repairs. We also do not ask you to sign an Assignment of Benefits (AOB) that surrenders your claim.

What is a supplement and why might I need one?

A supplement is a request to your carrier to cover additional damage discovered after work begins. Water and fire damage in particular hide behind drywall and under flooring until demolition starts. A good contractor handles supplements with photos and an updated scope as a normal part of the process — not as a surprise change order billed to you.

Do I only pay my deductible?

For most covered claims, you typically pay your deductible plus the cost of any voluntary upgrades you choose to add. The approved insurance scope sets the budget for the covered repairs. We'll walk you through exactly what your claim covers and what any optional upgrades would cost before work begins.

Should I sign an Assignment of Benefits (AOB) after a storm?

We strongly recommend you do not. South Carolina has seen out-of-state restoration outfits use AOB contracts to take control of claims and then walk off mid-job. We never use AOB contracts. You keep control of your claim and your money, and we work for you as your contractor.
