What this shows
Numbers don't tell the whole story of a remodel, but they tell an honest part of it. The snapshot above summarizes the work Four Seasons Building & Remodeling has completed across the Upstate — broken down by project category, average client satisfaction rating, average project duration, and the cities where we've delivered the most work.
A few notes on the categories. Kitchen and bath projects dominate by sheer count because they're the most-requested category in the Upstate market — but our largest projects by budget are home additions and whole-home renovations, which represent a smaller share of count but a much larger share of total dollars delivered. Floor & Decor installation work has grown the fastest of any category over the last 24 months, driven by our installation-partner relationship and the strong material savings homeowners can capture buying tile and LVP there directly.
We publish full before/after photo sets for the majority of these projects on our portfolio page, complete with the project's location, scope, and challenges-and-solutions writeup.
